Creator-controlled refunds
Selguidance is a marketplace where creators sell courses, digital products, and bundles. Refund eligibility is generally determined by the creator who sells the product.
Digital product access
Because many products are delivered instantly, some purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law or approved by the creator.
Duplicate purchases and unauthorized charges
Duplicate purchases, payment errors, or unauthorized charges may be reviewed for refund eligibility. Please contact support as soon as possible if you believe there was a billing issue.
Disputes and abuse review
Selguidance may review refund disputes, suspected fraud, abuse, or cases where platform intervention is needed to protect buyers, creators, and the marketplace.
