Billing help
If you have questions about subscriptions, free trials, failed payments, invoices, or plan changes, include the email address on your Selguidance account when contacting support.
Purchase help
If you purchased a digital product, course, or bundle and cannot access it, contact support with your purchase email and the product or course name.
Refund questions
Refund eligibility may depend on the creator, product type, access status, and purchase details. Contact support with your order email and product name so the request can be reviewed.
Creator support
Creators can contact support for help with storefront setup, publishing products, courses, bundles, payouts, analytics, billing, or account access.
Security or abuse reports
To report fraud, abuse, copyright concerns, suspicious activity, or harmful content, email support with as much detail as possible.
