• Create and sell digital products

• Create creator storefronts
• Sell bundles and downloadable content
• Receive payments through supported payment providers
• Manage customers, analytics, and creator tools

You must be at least 18 years old to use Selguidance as a creator.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You can legally enter into agreements
• Your use complies with applicable laws
• You will not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity

Creators are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Protecting login credentials
• Managing their storefront and products
• Ensuring their content complies with laws and these Terms

Creators are fully responsible for the products, courses, files, descriptions, and content they publish.

Selguidance does not guarantee creator sales, revenue, traffic, or business performance.

Payments are processed through supported payment providers such as Stripe.

By purchasing or selling through Selguidance, you agree that:

• Payment processors may charge transaction fees
• Selguidance may charge platform fees
• Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction
• Payment providers may delay, review, or reject transactions

Platform pricing and fees may change in the future with reasonable notice.

Creators may receive earnings from eligible sales.

Payout availability may depend on:

• Payment provider processing
• Fraud review
• Chargebacks
• Refund disputes
• Platform reserve periods
• Minimum payout thresholds

Selguidance reserves the right to temporarily hold or reserve payouts when necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, or platform protection.

Creators are responsible for tax reporting, business compliance, and accurate payout information.

Refund policies may vary by creator or product.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Digital products and courses may be non-refundable
• Refund decisions may depend on creator policies
• Selguidance may review abuse, fraud, or duplicate claims

Selguidance reserves the right to issue refunds, deny refunds, or reverse transactions when necessary to protect the platform, creators, or customers.

Creators retain ownership of their original content.

By uploading content to Selguidance, you grant Selguidance a limited license to:

• Host content
• Display storefronts
• Process sales
• Deliver files and courses
• Promote creator pages and listings

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the content you upload.

Selguidance may update, improve, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, security updates, or third-party outages.

Selguidance may rely on third-party providers including:

• Stripe
• Cloudflare
• Email delivery providers
• Analytics providers
• Hosting infrastructure

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Selguidance may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Create legal or financial risk
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Harm platform integrity or users

We may also remove content or pause payouts when necessary for safety, compliance, or investigations.

Selguidance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Sales or revenue
• Platform growth
• Business success
• Buyer traffic
• Continuous availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selguidance and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
